We may request identity verification documents — such as a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and source of funds documentation — at any stage of the player relationship. You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. ph11b strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) available within your account security settings. Nothing in these Terms limits ph11b's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
ph11b reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of ph11b after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of ph11b that cannot be resolved through ph11b's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ph11b operates under applicable gaming regulations including those administered by PAGCOR. Where regulatory bodies have established dispute resolution procedures applicable to online gaming operators, those procedures are available to Players as an alternative to court proceedings.
